TNT coaches and staff are exemplary role models for our students and adhere to a strict code of ethics regarding sportsmanship and behavior. TNT focuses on building solid basics that easily transition students into more advanced skills, stunting, dance and tumbling. Capital Area Gymnastics and Top Notch Talent are proud to be an established part of our community and participate in various charities and events to help encourage children to stay active and get involved in athletics. We offer recreational cheer classes, All-Star cheer program, tumbling, private lessons, squad workouts, open gyms and birthday parties as well as gymnastics and dance.     First Cheer Practice

    Don't forget, the first cheer practice Sunday, May 6th from 4-6pm.  One full hour of tumbling and another hour getting ready for recital as well as conditioning! Can't wait!  No Cheer Practice on Sunday, May 13th! It is Mother's Day! Make sure you tell your Mom's Happy Mother's Day! We will schedule a makeup at a later date. Check back for more details.
